Let's try something completely different - Greece. Catalogue the sources, file bite-sized issues to make the import match the requirements in docs/country-requirements.md. And let's double check that our font supports it too.

Greece kick-off issues filed from the plan:

#171 — catalogue the sources (R5/R6/R2), the go/no-go gate. Gates all per-layer work.
#172 — pilot: Natural Earth carve + CORINE landcover, proving the add-a-country mechanism.
#173 — glyph verification (R7): the Go font already covers modern Greek, so this is the test that keeps it green.

Per-layer issues (country_borders, water, roads, places, rail/transit, airports, buildings, ferries) come after #171 lands.
