Gated on #212 and #215.

ZABAGED_POLOHOPIS:Silnice__dálnice, 41 325 features, verified live 2026-08-24.
Anonymous WFS, CC BY 4.0. Unusually for this project, one source carries both the class
and the number:

  • typsil_k / typsil_p — class code and Czech label; the observed sample includes
S3 = silnice III. třídy. Enumerate the full domain before writing the mapping.
  • silnice — the road number (D1, I/35, II/150 …) → ref.
  • cislouseku, dpr_smer_p (one-way / two-way), kruh_obj_p (roundabout).
  • Siblings to decide about: Silnice_neevidovaná (unregistered) and
Silnice_ve_výstavbě (under construction — Greece's TEN-T import had to filter exactly
    this class, see #180).

Map typsil_p onto the shared road_class enum with the reasoning next to the query.
The cross-border contract matters here: Czechia touches Poland, already imported, so
R126's border test applies — the two networks must meet with the same road_class and
the same ref semantics at the crossing (the Tornio–Haparanda precedent).

Acceptance tests in the same commit; make acceptance tally in the PR.

Gated on #212 and #215. `ZABAGED_POLOHOPIS:Silnice__dálnice`, **41 325** features, verified live 2026-08-24. Anonymous WFS, CC BY 4.0. Unusually for this project, one source carries **both** the class and the number: - **`typsil_k` / `typsil_p`** — class code and Czech label; the observed sample includes `S3` = `silnice III. třídy`. Enumerate the full domain before writing the mapping. - **`silnice`** — the road number (D1, I/35, II/150 …) → `ref`. - `cislouseku`, `dpr_smer_p` (one-way / two-way), `kruh_obj_p` (roundabout). - Siblings to decide about: `Silnice_neevidovaná` (unregistered) and `Silnice_ve_výstavbě` (under construction — Greece's TEN-T import had to filter exactly this class, see #180). Map `typsil_p` onto the shared `road_class` enum with the reasoning next to the query. The cross-border contract matters here: Czechia touches **Poland**, already imported, so R126's border test applies — the two networks must meet with the same `road_class` and the same `ref` semantics at the crossing (the Tornio–Haparanda precedent). Acceptance tests in the same commit; `make acceptance` tally in the PR.
