Let's try to find a source for metro and tram stops in Warsaw and render them. In fact, it would be nice to have tram stops in all of the country.
Metro stops would also need that M icon that they use. Do tram stops have some standard icon too?
Result is in #60 — #60; the review note is the PR description. Tram stops from the official ZTM GTFS (the feed carries no metro — the M icon path is documented as a follow-up).
#60 solved the tram stations, but not metro. I'm closing this anyway, because we need a new issue that actually correctly addresses this rather than putting out fires I happen to spot.
