Scope: Finland's buildings from MML Maastotietokanta MTK-rakennus (2025-04-03, 4.39 GB).

The source (Paituli, Lueminut.txt): 22 layers incl. rakennus (building polygons) and rakennusreunaviiva (3D building outlines), kohdeluokat 42110–44300. The catalogue line in docs/country-finland.md already says "worth it".

First steps:

Add the file to conf/fimap.yaml downloads; 4.39 GB.
Decide the layer shape against Iceland's buildings (a point layer): polygons vs point collapse — check the conf/ismap.yaml buildings contract first (R132).
Zoom floors z12–14 like Iceland; the type/importance filters to be decided from the kohdeluokka ladder.
