Scope: Finland's contours from MML Maastotietokanta MTK-korkeussuhteet (2025-04-03, 34.45 GB).

The source (Paituli, Lueminut.txt): korkeuskayra (3D line, kohdeluokka 52100) + korkeuskayrankorkeusarvo (52191, contour labels). The catalogue line in docs/country-finland.md already says "worth it"; the old "out of scope for Sweden parity" note in conf/fimap.yaml is withdrawn by #84 — contours are the maintainer's explicit yes (heavy is the point), and the Sweden–Finland border match at Tornio–Haparanda is the first test of two national contour products agreeing.

First steps:

Add the file to conf/fimap.yaml downloads (plain HTTPS from Paituli); 34.45 GB.
Contours as a shared-vocabulary layer (elevation + interval_class like Iceland's), zoom floors for a 5 m-equivalent dense contour set.
Re-check the Sweden–Finland border: the two countries' contours meeting at the border is the acceptance test.
