Scope: Poland's buildings from BDOT10k OT_BUBD_A (budynek).

The source (2021 schema, Dz.U. 2021 poz. 1412): building polygons with funkcjaOgolnaBudynku / funkcjaSzczegolowaBudynku (BUBD01–21: residential, offices, retail, industrial, farm, transport, religious, heritage…). Not among the 17 fetched classes. BDOT10k holds ~60M objects in total (GUGiK's published figure); buildings are the single most numerous class — this is the biggest single class addition the fetch could make. GUGiK publishes per-województwo building statistics (StatystykiBudynkow WFS) that can sanity-check counts after import.

First steps:

  1. Widen BDOT10K_CLASSES by BUBD_A (the fetch marker re-pull rule, R9 — the county zips are deleted after extraction, so the set widens by re-pulling all 380 counties, ~15 GB).
  2. Record per-class GB/rows in the catalogue (R5).
  3. Decide the layer shape against Iceland's buildings (a point layer): polygon footprints vs point collapse; check the contract in conf/ismap.yaml first (R132).

From #84 — catalogue line in docs/country-poland.md.
