Scope: Sweden's buildings from Lantmäteriet Topo 10, tema Byggnadsverk, layer byggnad.

The source (GEODOK/51 documentation): building polygons with a seven-value type ladder — Bostad 2061, Industri 2062, Samhällsfunktion 2063, Verksamhet 2064, Ekonomibyggnad 2065, Komplementbyggnad 2066, Övrig byggnad 2067 — every building with a footprint of 15 m² or more. The same kind of product as Finland's MTK-rakennus and Poland's BUBD_A: a dense national building footprint layer.

The theme is part of the already-negotiated topo10 Geotorget order — a files: entry + layer block, no new approval. Size: theme GB is in the delivery listing (not public); record on first fetch (R5) — mark, the largest fetched theme, is 6.4 GB zipped / 13.4 GB on disk.

First steps:

Fetch byggnadsverk_sverige.zip; record zipped/unzipped GB.
Decide the layer shape against Iceland's buildings — which is a point layer (mannvirki_punktar with a building-type enum); Sweden's polygons are richer, so the shared contract may need a polygon variant or a point-collapse. Check the buildings contract in conf/ismap.yaml before writing the query (R132).
Zoom floors: z12–14 like Iceland, and the z12/z13 type filters.
