Found auditing every country against
docs/country-requirements.md(#77). Violates R75 (every importance rung the style draws must have data) and R70 (a transit import needs lines and named stops). This is #68 again, for the country #68's own review note said it would generalize to.
docs/country-finland.mdalready records it: "the Poland fix generalizes here… checked for #68, not implemented."What the data says
Finland has no importance-3 rung, so
map_stations_9_fiis an existing but empty partition — the style drawsstationsfrom z9 and Finland has nothing there. It is one of only eight empty tables in the whole database.Separately:
Finland has 306 metro line segments and zero metro stations. Helsinki's metro draws as track with no stops on it.
Why
Finland's only station-importance signal is name-present-vs-absent, which fills rungs 1 and 2 and can never reach 3 (R76). Poland solved the identical problem in #68 by joining to the settlement register's top display tier and taking the principal-named station per city.
The fix
Apply the #68 recipe: name-match
fi_rautatieliikennepaikkaagainst the top tier offi_paikannimiand promote the principal station of each such city to importance 3. Then find Helsinki's metro stops — R6 applies here, so check MML's and HSL's full product lists rather than the subset currently fetched, before concluding they are unavailable. While in here: 176 of Finland's 847 stations have no name. R74 wants that number documented as genuinely-unnamed source features (junctions, loops) rather than left ambiguous.
Acceptance
SELECT importance, count(*) FROM map_stations_14 WHERE country='fi' GROUP BY 1has no gap from 1 to 3,map_stations_9_fiis non-empty, and Helsinki's metro line has stations on it.Result is in #99 — #99; the review note is the PR description.
