Poland, Sweden and Finland need place names. I guess we can gate this issue behind #16.

I know that at least last year Sweden topo 10 only had points for place names. Don't know if it's worth it to create our own polygons around them (especially with same names for multiple different places) or just dump the points and let maplibre (or some other renderer) figure it out.

If we extend this work for names of lakes or rivers (in Sweden, Poland already has river and lake names), it might be worth it to find a label and use it to name a whole network of rivers.

Wait a minute, why was this closed even before #53 was merged?

Not only that, but #53 doesn't resolve this entire issue, only half of it. Sweden and Poland are still missing.

This is not fully resolved by #53. It was closed because while the keyword matching was disabled in Forgejo, the actual triggers stay around in the database until some text in the pull request changes. Hopefully the last incorrect close.
