Gated on #211 and #218.

Denmark is a building_points country

building_inspire/building has 5 994 941 features and their geometry is
MultiPoint, with horizontalgeometryreference = pointInsideBuilding. Verified live
2026-08-24, anonymous, CC BY 4.0. Attributes are good: buildingnature (e.g.
windmill), currentuse, conditionofconstruction, numberoffloorsaboveground,
heightaboveground.

Per R13 this is the Iceland pairing: when a country's source is a different kind of
thing, it feeds the sibling shared building_points contract rather than a fake partition
of buildings. Do not synthesize footprints (R12).

Footprint polygons exist in GeoDanmark Bygning, behind the token — so record
buildings as "available, gated on #220", not as an absence.

Airports

INSPIRE tn_inspire: aerodromearea 53, runwayarea 72, apronarea
208 — anonymous, CC BY 4.0, and unnamed like the rest of the Danish transport
theme. Geometry is a GO; names need GeoDanmark or a namedplace join.

Transit — an investigation, not an implementation

No open, current, permissively-licensed line geometry for the Copenhagen Metro (M1–M4),
Aarhus Letbane or Odense Letbane surfaced. Searched: data.europa.eu
(Metroselskabet, letbane Aarhus, Odense letbane, sporvogn,
kollektiv trafik) and admin.opendata.dk CKAN (letbane, sporvej, metro,
gtfs). Findings:

  • Metroselskabet publishes statistics only — satisfaction, passenger numbers, uptime.
  • letbane returns 0 hits on the municipal open-data CKAN.
  • Københavns Kommune's Metro dataset (CC BY 4.0) has no data distribution — only a
link into a map viewer — and is "sidst opdateret december 2013", i.e. construction-era.
  • The city WFS https://wfs-kbhkort.kk.dk/k101/ows is live, anonymous, CC BY 4.0, 479
layers — but its rail layers are cartographic (jernbane_oversigtskort, 300
MultiLineStrings, attributes objekt_type = Jernbane, trace, kommune), with no
    metro typing.
  • Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S publish GTFS, NeTEx, SIRI and stop data, but the GTFS
landing page labs.rejseplanen.dk returns HTTP 403 behind a Cloudflare JS
    challenge
    — not machine-fetchable (R10) — and the licence is unasserted on all four
    records
    (R2 unresolved).

Next place to look before declaring an absence: GeoDanmark's Jernbane theme (token,
#220) for a metro/letbane type code. INSPIRE's railwaylink has 13 998 links against
Banedanmark's 8 194 basisspor, and that difference is suggestive but unproven.

Gated on #211 and #218. ## Denmark is a building_points country `building_inspire/building` has **5 994 941** features and their geometry is **MultiPoint**, with `horizontalgeometryreference = pointInsideBuilding`. Do not synthesize footprints (R12). Footprint polygons exist in **GeoDanmark `Bygning`**, behind the token — so record `buildings` as "available, gated on #220", not as an absence. ## Airports INSPIRE `tn_inspire`: `aerodromearea` **53**, `runwayarea` **72**, `apronarea` **208** — anonymous, CC BY 4.0, and **unnamed** like the rest of the Danish transport theme.
