maxRecordCount is 2000 (1000 for Platforme), which is exactly the shape the existing

…/api/download/v1/items/<id>/geojson?layers=0.

Do the licence first (R2)

Every one of the 31 DCAT records carries license: "" and rights: null. This is
the same class of gap as ΥΠΕΝ and GAIAOSE on Greece: the data is clean, the assertion is
missing. Get a written answer from Banedanmark before this goes live, and record it in
docs/country-dk.md.

Stations need a name join

PLATFORME_OD has no station name, and INSPIRE railwaystationarea (447 polygons) has
geographicalname null in all 447. Names live in GeoDanmark Togstation —
which the INSPIRE feed's own subtitle confirms is its upstream ("Geodanmarks objekttyper
Jernbane, Tekniskareal (togstation/rangéranlæg) og Togstation"). So stations is gated
on #220 unless another named source turns up.

Decide and record whether the S-tog belongs in railways or transit.
