Three related open questions about the Iceland-only buildings layer, worth doing as one
pass rather than three:

Look for more complete building/address data. A house-number or address database may
exist, possibly from Þjóðskrá. Displaying house numbers instead of building icons might
be cleaner at high zoom, and would be a real feature-parity gain — no other country has
buildings at all yet.
house / cottage / transport / utility / special_residential still render as
plain grey dots (no icon). house is ~8k features and cottage ~12k, so icons would
be noise at those counts — but a nicer mark than a grey dot may be worth trying.
Audit what nafnfitju actually contains for buildings, to understand what name data
exists and whether and how it should be displayed.

catalogue of what LMÍ actually offers.
