ismap meant Iceland map, and the project is now a map of Iceland, Sweden and Poland
built from official national sources, with more countries expected.

Blocked on choosing a name, not on the work. The mechanical part is small:

the repository name;
the default ismap_ table prefix in importer/main.go (the fallback when a config sets
no table_prefix — inconsistent with se/plmap anyway, and every shared layer already
uses map_);
the prose in README.md and CLAUDE.md that currently explains the obsolescence.

Deliberately not renamed: conf/ismap.yaml (Iceland's config, following the
<cc>map.yaml convention shared with semap.yaml/plmap.yaml), the is map key, and the
zxy_is source function — there is is simply Iceland's ISO 3166-1 code and stays
correct.
