Scope: Sweden's airports (+ derived airport_points) from Lantmäteriet Topo 10, tema Anläggningsområde.

The source (GEODOK/51 documentation):

flygplatsomrade — airport areas with iata (3-char, regular traffic only) and icao (4-char, all airports incl. private).
start_landningsbana (objekttypnr 2853) — runway polygons with flygplatsstatus (I drift / Nedlagd). The same runway-polygon + area shape as Iceland's airports (samgongur_flakar), so the derived airport_points label layer (R140) works identically.

Part of the already-negotiated topo10 Geotorget order — files: entry + layers, no new approval. Size: theme GB in the delivery listing (not public); record on first fetch (R5).

First steps:

Fetch anlaggningsomrade_sverige.zip; record GB.
airports from start_landningsbana (+ flygplatsomrade), airport_points derived per R140, with the scheduled-airport filter (flygplatsstatus) at coarse zoom.
